Daniel Ratcliffe joined Toad Hall Nursery in 1997 and has a HND in Hotel management and Catering alongside a Level 2 award in food safety. When he Joined Toad Hall Nursery, his daughter also attended and has recently started university. He has have been in the industry for over 30 years and his interest in cooking came when he worked for a chain of hotels who entered him for a cooking competition. Dan’s work experience includes working on trains 1st class food services, and conference/banqueting in royal stately homes as well as weddings and events.
