Payment Methods

Fees are payable monthly in advance on the 1st of each month by cash, standing order, or through the Tax-Free Childcare scheme.

Payments not received by the 7th of the month will incur a £10 late payment charge.

Please note: cheques cannot be accepted.
General Information

Fees are charged year-round, including Bank Holidays, and are calculated to include our Christmas closure.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer reductions, refunds, or alternative sessions for holidays, sickness, or missed days.

A minimum attendance of two sessions per week is required for all children.

For children attending funded-only sessions:

An optional consumables fee (on an opt-in/opt-out basis on a termly agreement) helps cover the cost of meals, nappies, wipes, and other consumables.
